This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through y.hn. We want you to be satisfied with our Service, and we offer a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Payment Processing

All payments for y.hn are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. Refunds are also processed through Paddle.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

  • The 14-day period begins on the date of each payment (initial purchase or renewal).
  • Refund requests made within 14 days of payment will be processed for a full refund of that payment.
  • No questions asked — we respect your decision.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • The email address associated with your y.hn account
  • Your transaction or order reference number (if available)
  • The date of the payment you wish to be refunded

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds are processed by Paddle in the original currency of the transaction.

5. After the 14-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we are not obligated to provide refunds after this period, we may consider them in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages or technical issues that materially affected your use of the Service.
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges.
  • Other extraordinary circumstances at our discretion.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note that canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Refund: Returns the payment for a specific billing period. Upon a successful refund, your subscription will be canceled and access to paid features will be revoked.

7. Free Tier

The y.hn Free tier does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to this Refund Policy. You may use the Free tier at no cost, with no obligation.

8. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • If you upgrade your plan, the 14-day refund period applies from the date of the upgrade payment.
  • If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refund is issued for the current period.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
